A versatile, fast-acting concentrate that reduces foaming. Prevents foaming and removes existing foam. Fast and effective. Suitable for all washing equipment. For use in defoaming extraction pumps, water pumping equipment and automatic washing machines. When a lot of foam is generated, you can remove it by adding the product to the dirty water tank. Anti-foam emulsion is used wherever foam control is needed, e.g. in floor washing machines, dishwashers in the event of increased foaming, in water pumps for washing water, for extinguishing the foam in fountains after vandalism by adding dishwashing detergent etc.

DOSAGE AND USE: It is recommended to dilute the concentrate with water before use (100-200 ml added to 2 l of water), the ready-to-use solution is best injected or sucked up through the suction pipe. If a lot of foam is produced, add 25-100 ml of the product to the dirty water container.

Advantages:

  • Wide-use anti-foam concentrate
  • Reliably protects and eliminates foaming
  • Highly effective
  • Suitable for all types of machines and processes

In the cleaning industry, for use in washing pumps, dishwashers, washing machines with high concentrations of detergents and other applications where foam control is required. It is also a very effective measure against acts of vandalism where dishwashing detergent is poured into urban fountains and a large amount of foam is generated. It can also be used for cleaning after foam seas or foam festival attractions.

In school experiments, anti-foam emulsion is a very effective demonstration tool after the "elephant toothpaste" experiment, when large amounts of foam need to be cleaned up.

In paint production, anti-foam is used as an additive to produce a homogeneous mass during paint production and turbulent mixing. This allows a particularly good mixing and does not increase the volume of the paint due to air bubbles.

In water treatment, antifoam is used as an additive to allow water treatment plants to operate smoothly. In the presence of high levels of surfactants, the treatment plant generates a large amount of foam, which significantly reduces the deposition of fine particles and the access of micro-organisms to the contaminants, thus causing the treatment plant to operate at under capacity. This is particularly relevant for car washes and food processing plants.
